President of Asbury Management Group, Inc., an 84-branch lender in five states with both brick-and-mortar and virtual presence. Andy leads enterprise-wide operations with responsibility for branch performance, portfolio growth, credit strategy, collections oversight, risk management, treasury coordination, and organizational development. His focus is disciplined, profitable growth supported by strong underwriting fundamentals, operational consistency, and scalable infrastructure. In addition to enterprise operations, Andy oversees Performance Warranty, Inc., aligning product strategy and operational execution of vehicle service contract programs with our broader lending platform. Andy previously served as Chief Financial Officer for the company for 14 years overseeing capital markets initiatives, treasury management, and financial oversight. Andy has extensive experience in buy-side and sell-side M&A, including negotiation and successful closing of $30MM, $55MM, and $80MM senior credit facilities.
Andy joined the Company in 2011 after a successful career in public accounting with a Big Four accounting firm and a regional accounting firm. Most recently, Andy served as Senior Manager at Dixon Hughes Goodman managing the SEC audit practice in the Charlotte, North Carolina office. In addition, his experience includes three years with KPMG conducting audit services for SEC registrants in the manufacturing / distribution industry, as well as the financial services industry. These experiences include working with Fortune 500 companies assisting with implementation of complex accounting standards in areas such as stock options, purchase accounting and SEC financial reporting requirements.
Andy received a Masters and B.S. in Accounting from Appalachian State University. He serves as a Board Member for the Independents section of the American Financial Services Association, as well as a Board Member on the South Carolina Independent Consumer Finance Association. He is a Member of the North Carolina and South Carolina Associations of Public Accountants and has served as the Chairman of the North Carolina State Board of Directors for Bethany Christian Services. Andy also served on the Finance Committee at Forest Hill Church and has been actively involved in church sports ministry.
